General
- Finished mods will be made free and open source, posted on GitHub, and licensed under the GNU GPL 3.0 License. I will retain copyright over anything I produce. This means you can't sell my work, and that when distributing it you cannot remove my name.
- I may decline a commission for any reason, at any time, even after I start it. (See the refund policy)
- Commissions will take a variable amount of time. I will do my best to keep you posted on progress.
- I do not provide art. If you obtain art, even after the commission is complete, I can incorporate it free of charge. I will not do this for AI-generated art or art you do not have rights to use.
- Let me know how you want progress updates. By default, I'll message you when a chunk of work is complete, but I can publish the work-in-progress mod or record videos.
- I typically rewrite any text you send to better fit the game's style. If I shouldn't do this, let me know.
- I reserve the right to reject any revisions, especially after a chunk of work has been completed. Small bugfixes are usually fine, especially if they're my fault, and I will fix those after the commission is complete free of charge.
Payment
- Payment will be made via PayPal. I require a deposit of 50% of the total price up front, the remaining 50% will be paid after work is complete.
- If you decide you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
- In the rare event I need to cancel your commission, I can give a full refund. Note that this depends on how you've been treating me; if you're being aggressive, rude, or otherwise acting inappropriate I will not refund you.
